1. Who we are

SupplyMode sells digital resources through this website. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the personal data described below. Contact us at support@supplymode.co.

2. What we collect

• Order details — the email address you enter at checkout, the resource purchased, the amount, and the payment reference from our payment provider.
• Support messages — anything you send us by email.
• Technical data — basic information your browser sends, used to keep the site secure and working.

We never receive or store your full card details. Our payment provider handles those.

3. Why we use it

To take payment and deliver your download (performance of a contract), to provide support and re-issue access (legitimate interests), and to keep records required for accounting and tax (legal obligation).

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run the site: our payment provider, our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. They process data on our instructions and may store it outside the UK/EEA under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes (normally six years). Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your query.

6. Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep the site working, such as keeping an administrator signed in. We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

7. Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to certain processing. Email support@supplymode.co and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
