1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any digital resource you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What we sell

We sell digital products delivered as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped physically. Product pages describe what each resource contains; we do not guarantee any particular commercial result from using them, and nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by our payment provider; we do not store your card details. A contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and access to the file is issued.

4. Licence to use the resources

When you buy a resource you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the file or its contents;
• publish the contents online or in any public directory;
• remove ownership notices or present the material as your own product.

We may withdraw access where a licence is breached.

5. Delivery and access

Access is issued to a private download page once payment is confirmed. Keep your link safe; anyone with it can download the file. If you lose access, contact us using the email address on your order and we will re-issue it.

6. Refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in our refund and digital content policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

We provide the resources with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the resources. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
